Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using livenervana.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products from Live Nervana ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements intended to support general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars.

4. Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription product:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected interval
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support@livenervana.com
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice

6. Digital Products

eBooks and other digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to their digital nature, all sales of digital products are final once downloaded, unless the product is defective or not as described.

7. Intellectual Property
