How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email us at support@livenervana.com with your order number and reason for the request
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of approval
You do not need to return the product to receive a refund within the 60-day window. We trust our customers.

What We Do Not Refund
- Orders where a refund has already been issued previously on the same account
- Orders flagged for fraud or chargeback abuse
- Digital products (eBooks) that have already been downloaded, unless defective
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are always willing to work with you directly and can typically resolve issues much faster than the chargeback process. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be flagged and declined from future purchases.
