Cancellation Policy

If you're on a Nervana subscription, you are always in control. You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time, no phone calls required, no cancellation fees, ever.
How to Cancel
- Email us at support@livenervana.com with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription" and the name or email on your order. A real person will confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
- Or log in to your account at livenervana.com, open your subscription, and select "Cancel subscription."
Timing
- Cancellations take effect immediately for all future billing cycles.
- To avoid being charged for your next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- If a charge goes through before we can process your request, contact us, we'll make it right.
Pausing or Changing Instead
Not ready to fully cancel? You can pause your subscription, skip a delivery, or change your delivery frequency by emailing support@livenervana.com. Many customers simply skip a month when they have extra product on hand.
Refunds
Every order, subscription or one-time is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, see our Refund Policy or email us and we'll take care of you.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are not subscriptions and will never auto-renew. This policy applies only to recurring subscription orders.
