Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime. No Hoops. No Hard Feelings.

If you're on a Nervana subscription, you are always in control. You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time, no phone calls required, no cancellation fees, ever.

How to Cancel

  1. Email us at support@livenervana.com with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription" and the name or email on your order. A real person will confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
  2. Or log in to your account at livenervana.com, open your subscription, and select "Cancel subscription."

Timing

  • Cancellations take effect immediately for all future billing cycles.
  • To avoid being charged for your next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
  • If a charge goes through before we can process your request, contact us, we'll make it right.

Pausing or Changing Instead

Not ready to fully cancel? You can pause your subscription, skip a delivery, or change your delivery frequency by emailing support@livenervana.com. Many customers simply skip a month when they have extra product on hand.

Refunds

Every order, subscription or one-time is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, see our Refund Policy or email us and we'll take care of you.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are not subscriptions and will never auto-renew. This policy applies only to recurring subscription orders.
