Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping (US) 7–15 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (US) 5–10 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future - stay tuned.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Live Nervana is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@livenervana.com - we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Wait 2 additional business days (carriers sometimes mark early)
  • Check with neighbors and your building's mail area
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@livenervana.com and we will file a claim and reship or refund your order

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we will always try to help resolve the situation.

Shipping Delays

Live Nervana is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • High-volume periods such as holidays

We appreciate your patience and will always communicate proactively if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your order.
